Program Rules & Compliance

Lux Peptide Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Lux Peptide (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the approved affiliate participant (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”).

By submitting an application to or participating in the Lux Peptide Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Program Overview

The Lux Peptide Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to Lux Peptide through unique tracking links provided by the Company.

All products sold by Lux Peptide are intended strictly for research purposes only and are not for human use or consumption.

2. Eligibility & Approval

Participation is subject to manual approval by Lux Peptide.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
Approval may be revoked at any time for violation of this Agreement.

3. Commission Structure

Commission rates are determined by Lux Peptide and may vary by affiliate.
Standard commission rates begin at 20%, subject to change.
Commissions are earned only on qualified purchases tracked through approved affiliate links.
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will not earn commissions.
Commissions may be withheld for refunded, disputed, or fraudulent transactions.

4. Payouts

Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, subject to approval.
Lux Peptide reserves the right to delay payouts for fraud review or compliance verification.
Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
Payout methods are determined by Lux Peptide and may include ACH, Zelle, or other manual payment methods.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities & Compliance

Affiliates agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including FTC advertising guidelines.

STRICT PROHIBITIONS

Affiliates may NOT:

❌ Imply human use, consumption, dosing, or treatment
❌ Market products as supplements or drugs
❌ Use misleading, false, or exaggerated claims
❌ Engage in spam, unsolicited email, or deceptive marketing
❌ Run paid ads using the Lux Peptide brand name or variations
❌ Use coupons, cashback offers, or deal sites without written approval
❌ Represent themselves as employees or representatives of Lux Peptide

6. Required Disclaimers

All affiliate marketing content must clearly and visibly include the following disclaimer:

“For research purposes only. Not for human use.”

Affiliates must also include a proper FTC disclosure such as:

“This content contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission at no cost to you.”

7. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved Lux Peptide marketing materials.
All trademarks, logos, and content remain the exclusive property of Lux Peptide.
Unauthorized use or modification of branding materials is prohibited.

8. Termination

Lux Peptide may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination, all promotional use of Lux Peptide branding must immediately cease.
Outstanding commissions may be forfeited if termination results from a violation of this Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lux Peptide shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in the Affiliate Program, including loss of profits or data.

10. Indemnification

Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lux Peptide from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Affiliate’s marketing activities
Violation of this Agreement
Violation of applicable laws or regulations

11. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of Lux Peptide.

12. Modifications

Lux Peptide reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Lux Peptide operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Affiliate Program and supersedes all prior agreements or representations.
